MeetingStack Privacy Policy
Effective: 17 October 2026
MeetingStack ("the app") is a mobile app that shows meetings from your Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendars in one agenda. It is provided by UVAS Solutions ("we"). Contact: support@uvassolutions.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, display name, optional profile photo reference, and a password (stored only as a hash by our authentication provider, Supabase).
- Calendar data (only if you connect a calendar): event titles, times, locations, attendees and meeting links, retrieved from Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 using your permission. This data is fetched directly from the provider to your device and shown in the app. We do not store your calendar data on our servers.
- Calendar sign-in tokens: kept only in your device's secure storage and never sent to us.
- Usage analytics: we use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used. We record events such as sign-up, login and logout, which calendar provider types you connect and how many, screens viewed, and taps on features such as the tutorial, RSVP, creating a meeting and joining a meeting. These events are linked to a random account ID (not your email, name or calendar content), so we can see usage per account. We can match that ID to your account in our own database. Firebase may also automatically collect device and app identifiers (for example an app instance ID) and basic device information. Firebase does not receive your email address.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account.
- To show your meetings and let you respond to invitations (RSVP) and create events in the calendars you connect.
- To understand aggregate usage and fix problems.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.
Permissions we request from Google and Microsoft
- Google: Google Calendar events access (
calendar.events) to read your events, respond to invitations and create events you ask for.
- Microsoft:
Calendars.ReadWrite and User.Read for the same purposes.
MeetingStack's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google APIs is used only to provide the user-facing features described here, is not used for advertising, and is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features or as required by law.
Service providers
- Supabase – account authentication and storage of your account data.
- Google Firebase Analytics and BigQuery – usage analytics, with event data exported to Google BigQuery for analysis.
- Google and Microsoft – the calendars you choose to connect, under their own privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account), which permanently removes your account from our authentication system. You can also disconnect a calendar in the app and revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account. Instructions, including how to request deletion by email, are at Delete your account.
When you delete your account, your account ID is removed from our authentication system, so analytics events recorded under it can no longer be linked to you. Analytics data is retained by Firebase for its standard retention period.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Calendar tokens are stored in your device's secure keystore. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
